Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Tulken Exports is a B2B merchant exporter. Orders are processed based on mutually agreed commercial terms, purchase orders, and product specifications.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Orders may be cancelled only if procurement, sourcing, production, packaging, labelling, documentation, or shipment arrangements have not commenced.

Tulken Exports reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request based on the stage of order execution.

2. Customized & Private Label Orders

Orders involving customized specifications, private labelling, special packaging, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun.

3. Returns

Due to the nature of B2B trade and export transactions, products are generally not eligible for return after dispatch.

Returns may only be considered if:

  • Products supplied materially differ from the mutually agreed specifications.
  • Incorrect products were supplied by Tulken Exports.
  • The claim is reported promptly with supporting evidence.

Any return shall require prior written approval from Tulken Exports.

4. Damaged Goods

Any claim relating to damaged or defective goods must be notified promptly after receipt of the shipment and supported by photographs, inspection reports, or other relevant documentation.

Failure to report within a reasonable period may result in rejection of the claim.

5. Refunds

Refunds, where approved, shall be processed only after review of the claim and verification of all supporting documents.

Tulken Exports may deduct any expenses already incurred, including procurement, packaging, documentation, freight booking, banking charges, or other order-related costs.

Approved refunds shall generally be processed through the original mode of payment within 15–30 business days, subject to banking procedures.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Shipping and freight charges
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Banking charges
  • Documentation charges
  • Inspection charges
  • Packaging costs
  • Costs incurred for customized or private label orders

7. Force Majeure

Tulken Exports shall not be liable for cancellation, delays, or non-performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, port congestion, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Policy Changes

Tulken Exports reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised version shall become effective upon publication on the website.
